If for some reason, you receive a faulty product, please contact us immediately and we will replace it free of charge.

During some seasons of the year we may run out of products due to high demand, supplier shortage or weather conditions which cause courier delays etc. Should this happen at any point that product will be replaced with similar product, value and off course the same high standard.

We cannot take responsibility for the wrong addresses given at time of purchase and if the gift is returned to us for re delivery we will contact you immediately and there may be an additional cost.
