Safety - When you pay with us you will go straight to our banks online secure site. If you wish to pay by direct credit please contact us .

Delivery -

Auckland Metro delivery is available Monday to Friday, when ordered by 12.30pm we can usually deliver same day (unless we are ordering something in for you). Saturday and other special times are available on request, please contact us for price and confirmation. Delivery cost $9.00, some greater Auckland and rural deliveries have extra charges and require a days notice. Please contact us so we can confirm and quote a price.  

Upper North Island (north of Taupo) delivery takes 1-2 days and costs $11.25, Lower North Island (Taupo and south) 1-3 days $12.40, and South Island allow 2-4 days, cost $14.60. Delivery for your area will be automatically added when you are on the payment screen, just choose the region area and click 'recalculate' to view. Please ensure you have given us an accurate delivery address, business name if applicable and contact phone number.

General delivery information -

  • Couriers will not deliver to a PO Box
  • When sending to a business, please be sure to tell us the business name and other helpful delivery info eg level number, name on building.
  • When sending to a residence, please make sure you have the correct address, especially flat numbers, house number on a shared drive, security gate access etc. The more information the better we can ensure a prompt delivery.
  • When sending to a hospital, please obtain a room and ward number, and include the hospital name and address. We highly recommend you check with the hospital the the patient is able to accept deliveries (they often dont allow in CCU & ICU units) or that they are not about to be sent home. Disclaimer; we guarantee delivery by our courier to the hospital reception or ward clerk but it is 'out of our hands' after that point.
  • Please note additional delivery charges may apply to one of the above circumstances if we are given incorrect or insufficient information.
  • Flowers and cakes are available for Auckland only delivery.

Ordering - When you have found the product you like, select the size and colour and click on the shopping cart icon next to that product and it will be added to your cart. When you are ready to pay click view cart and you will go to the payments screen. Enter details (if you don't want to give email address for the recipient just enter yours, phone numbers are helpful for delivery), select area for delivery and fill in the message box then enter to go to our banks online secure bank site.

Products - We aim to use Kiwi made where ever possible and try everthing we sell (what a tough job!) to ensure products are of a high standard.
