Delivery Fees

As our Gift to you we offer our customers Free Shipping anywhere in New Zealand for all our Gift Hampers, Gift Baskets and Gift Boxes. There are no hidden shipping cost  when you arrive at the checkout. This is our way of treating our customers and celebrating your generous spirit.

Delivery

Heavenly Sent deliver gifts nationwide and internationally (upon request).

All orders are dispatched from our studio in Auckland every day except Sunday.

A 1-2 working day delivery service is available for North Island orders and a 2 working day service is avaliable for the South Island any weekday. We also have a saturday delivery service for Friday orders in the Auckland Area.

We offer a secure track and trace delivery service that will inform you when your gift is on its way and you can check its delivery staus at anytime. 

Deliveries outside of Auckland are creatively flat packed into our signature keepsake wooden crate with lid. This will ensure you gift contents will arrive in perfect condition and still be an exciting experience to open.

Floral Arrangements can only be delivered within Auckland. For any deliveries outside of Auckland, the Floral Arrangement will be replaced with a box of handcrated chocolate truffles.

International delivery times will vary, please get in touch to ensure that we can get your gift to the lucky recipient on time.

Delivery Addresses

Heavenly Sent Ltd cannot deliver to PO boxes, please provide a physical address for deliveries.

Please keep the following things in mind when adding an address at the checkout:

  • Include the business name and other helpful delivery info such as the level number and name on the building
  • If delivering to a hospital, please include the hospital name and address as well as the recipient’s full name and room or ward number. We will confirm with the hospital prior to dispatch to ensure that there is someone who can accept the delivery
  • We guarantee delivery by our courier to the hospital reception or ward clerk but unfortunately we cannot accept responsibility once the delivery is accepted

Please note that all orders are specified as non-signature when sent, If you have concerns about leaving a parcel, please use an address where someone will be available during delivery times (such as a work address). Alternatly we can offer a signuture service but please request this when you place your order.
